J. Guderyon
Mr. Guderyon is the Founder of MagnifiHome and its parent company, MagnifiVault. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting, corporate banking, merchant and investment banking, and real estate. His previous roles include positions at Ranieri Partners LLC, Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Scotia Capital, and M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank. Mr. Guderyon also formed Crest Capital LLC, a FINRA registered broker-dealer, to address the capital market and private placement service needs of niche financial service companies and real estate ventures.
Mr. Guderyon was a Managing Director at Ranieri Financial Services LLC, a merchant bank that recapitalized and repositioned bank balance sheets and real estate loan portfolios following the 2008 financial crisis. Prior to joining Ranieri Financial Services LLC, he was a banker at Sandler O’Neill and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, focusing largely on bank mergers and acquisitions and capital raising initiatives for a variety of financial service companies. Before specializing in financial services, Mr. Guderyon worked at Scotia Capital, concentrating on corporate and investment banking activities for Fortune 1,000 companies. He began his career in the Commercial Banking Group at M&I (Marshall & Ilsley) Bank.
Mr. Guderyon received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
While consulting within the real estate construction and development industry, Mr. Guderyon identified a disconnect between homeowners and other constituents within the real estate ecosystem, including insurance carriers and contractors. Capitalizing on both blockchain and AI technology, MagnifiHome was created to better track, index, store, and monetize valuable home data for the transparency benefit of all constituents within the homeownership ecosystem.
